• To ensure a smooth transition from the current management
• To grow the Group as part of the EMS-Division
• To built up a strong local management team
• To develop the local market
• To integrate well and work well in the current EMS-Division and Management
• To establish integrated Logistic Processes, Technology-Road Maps, Sales and
Marketing Structures, Controlling Processes, etc. together with the EMS-Management to develop the EMS-Division as a Global Player
• Assure that the Group and its companies are operating effectively
• Establish a Hub in Asia for requests of services from Divisions as well action
plans deducted from strategy
• Operational and full Profit and Loss Balance sheet responsibility of the Group
• Ensure compliance of the EMS-Division/ corporate standards
• Project support and management on Divisional level
• Develop IC-Service Level Agreements and IC-Processes together with the EMS Management
• Development and implementation of the group strategy deducted from the EMS Division’s respectively company strategy
• Continuous improvement of the operating effectiveness and efficiency of the Group
and its companies
• Building up strong Group management team
• Representing the company, Networking and generating Leads
• Coaching function in the acquisition process of new customers; Key accounts liaison.
• Review and approve large offers made to customers and suppliers
• Implement a Controlling for the net working capital with a special focus on inventory
• Reporting to the Head of EMS-Division

• Educational and professional experience:
• Preferred: BSc or MSc degree in Engineering and continuing education in Business
Administration
• Be familiar with the contract manufacturing industry, precision engineering industry
and the electronics manufacturing industry
• Several years of working experience in a multinational company
• Several years of experience in leadership
• Experience as CEO and/or as a Head of a Profit Centre
• Good understanding of Europe and her culture and in-depth understanding of the
Asian operating environment
• Personal skills
• Personality who knows how to handle internal relationships
• Team player with an open mind and strong motivation and commitment
• Capable to take the lead on specific projects and communicate efficiently throughout the Group to push projects through
• Strong capability to think in strategic terms
• Taking much pleasure in selling and acquire (able to build good strong
relationships with Customers)
• Language skills:
• Good verbal and written communication skills, fluency in English is a must
• Fluent in oral German and any other language would be an asset
