The senior relationship banker will be able to prepare, manage and monitor relationship plans covering all aspects of Commodity Finance business with trading groups across Thailand.
• Building and expanding relationships with existing and prospective clients within predefined target groups while identifying and fulfilling their needs to ensure a steady and expanding stream of revenues
• Analyse and monitor client needs on content and risk and obtain internal credit review approval on proposals in order to meet with risk requirements
• Able to effectively cross-sell
POSITION REQUIREMENTS:-
• Ideally more than 5 years experience in a Relationship Management capacity in a Corporate Banking environment.
• Self-motivated, highly driven, ability to work autonomously and proactive with the capacity to operate successfully
• Excellent relationship building, interpersonal and listening skills.
• A strong communicator who can communicate confidently and effectively and build rapport with senior executives internally, and externally with clients.
• Credit skills
• Experience in the field of commodities trade finance is preferred.
