Ensure a lead time for assembled products according to the market demands.
Assembly planning including the demand of forecasting and assembly scheduling.
Evaluate the human and material resources needed.
Assembly control including quality control and health and safety issues.
Maintenance and replacement of assembly equipment.
Develop procedures, which ensure the quality according to the quality standards.
Perform the assembly statistics.
Manage the assembly team, schedule their work, identify training needs and support to progress their career development.
Take responsibility to make sure that owned key process performance indicators are smoothly forwarded.
Ensure documented process instructions are correctively implemented and under control; monitor subordinates’ performance.
Setup and/or update relevant owned process flow and indicators, instruction etc and closely work with correlative LAG business unit and main process owners from Germany (e.g. operations or service).
Control Motor, Gearbox assembly and paint shop management.
Install and take responsibilities to maintain environmental, Healthy and safety routine control and monitoring on the owned workplace. Ensure subordinates to strictly comply with relevant regulations, instructions published about environment, health and safety at work .
Check and monitor all the activities in owned work area to be complied with applied local legal Environmental, Healthy and safety requirements; ensure working methods with regard to safety technical requirements.
take responsibility to collect and store the waste in owned workplace, especially to focus on dangerous material control.
Save raw materials in the process of operation, save energy.
Control the quality and environment management, prevent pollution.
