1. Achieve defined sales target
2. Define target customer according to sales strategy
3. Establish contact with target customer, get RFQ, quotation, negotiation, close the deal
4. Submit price application, contract review
5. Follow up on prototype, test, whole process, till mass production
6. Understand/feedback market situation, competitor information
7. Creative, active in sales process
8. Effective communication with delivery, quality, finance, application people
POSITION REQUIREMENTS:-
Bachelor degree or above
Thermal/Mechanical/ electrical/Flow technology engineering
Minimum 5 years related sales experience in fluid related products
CET4 equivalent or above
Good interpersonal and communications skills
Good customer relationship management skill
Self motivated, active, hard working
