• To oversee key Group-wide operational functions, to lower costs and improve efficiency.

- Centralized back-office operations
Strategy and Planning
• Set the business direction, plan, lead and manage the Group.
• Provide expert advice and support to the Group MD and Management Committee in relation to the Group’s operations functions.
• Identify principal objectives, financial and other performance measures, as well as people and resource requirements.
• Provide direction and technical advice to subordinates, share information and facilitate problem solving.
• Develop and implement admin procedures to lower costs and increase efficiency.
Technology and Operations
• Oversee the planning and deployment of IT across the Group to support business objectives
• Oversee the Group’s centralized back-office operations.
With business unit heads work to enhance existing processes and systems to improve the Group’s operational capabilities, supporting overall business objectives, lowering costs and increasing efficiency.
Group Risk Management
Jointly enhance existing processes and systems to improve the Group’s risk management capabilities.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS:-
• Minimum of 10 - 15 years experience in operations, IT, finance or treasury at an established financial services institution, with at least 5 years in leadership roles
• Proven track record of managing complex projects and operations in large organizations.
• Understand the Group’s strategic objectives and the role of operations in supporting business goals.
• Excellent project and people management skills
