Job Description
Our Client is a premier utilities and infrastructure group with interests in Transport & Logistics, Energy & Utilities and Engineering & Construction.
POSITION DESCRIPTION
The Head of Projects is responsible to manage the engineering consultants, contractors and local authorities.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
The Head of Projects will report directly to the General Manager, Group Property.
Responsible to grow the team.
Able to manage the engineering consultants, main contractors and local councils / authorities.
The constructions works involved are mainly infra works such as roads, bridges, water supply, sewers, telecommunications, electrical grids and so forth.
Able to prepare management reports on project development progress or marketing plans and updates.
POSITIONÂ REQUIREMENTS
Candidate must have Civil or M&E background who is strong in infrastructure works.
Currently in a Senior Manager role.
At least 10 years experience in a developer / industrial / real estate development environment.
Must be currently residing in Johor
