POSITION SUMMARY

A global player and leading company providing end to end hardware and application solutions currently has a vacancy for HR Head

POSITION DESCRIPTION

The HR Head will report directly to Managing Director and dotted line to Regional HQ in Singapore. He/she will support the company in country all HR matter.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsible for all HR matter within the organization

Correspondence and work closely with MD and Regional HR in HR initiative.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE

Minimum 20 years of HR experience

Minimum 15 years managerial exposure

Having exposure in global company from FMCG and Energy industry are favorable

Good communication skills, strong character, initiative, proactive.
