Our Client is an expanding privately owned company dealing in heavy equipment business, with about 5.500 employees, operating in over 60 support network throughout Indonesia.

They are currently seeking proficient Exim Manager with experience in the automotive industry.

POSITION DESCRIPTION

Role and Responsibilities

 Manage end to end process for Import Export

 Manage Regulation Updates and requirement

 Managing of exception (SKPBM, custom audit, permit & licenses) and preventing custom issues

 Policy & Governance Maintenance, Review and Monitor specific Export Import structures, policies and procedures and controls for relevance and applicability. Including ensuring parts, Prime Product and S&P department are complying updated import export regulation

 Proactively engage with user, government, understand new regulations and policy implication to business

 Build and maintain networking with government institutions

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

Requirements

 Minimum 7 years’ experience in Import Export

 Comprehend imported product knowledge, government information

 Capable in government relations

 Understand counter measures to import export issues

 Proficient in import export practice

 Comprehend import export cost analysis
