Job Description

Our client provides an opportunity to develop gas reserves that have been stranded for many decades. The initiatives have come from Indonesia's national energy company together with international companies. Our client is the first Indonesian LNG project developed as a "downstream business activity" based on Law No. 22 of 2001, which enables separate development of upstream (feedstock gas supply) and downstream (LNG manufacturing) businesses

POSITION DESCRIPTION

Establish, maintain and improve DSLNG plant for mechanical, electrical & instrumentation maintenance (such as but not limited to activities involved in breakdown maintenance, planned maintenance and shutdown maintenance) according to DSLNG policies and maintenance standards, in order to minimize operational disruption due to maintenance activities

WORKING RELATIONSHIP

Internal :Maintenance Manager Plant Supervisor Operation personnel

External :EPC Contractor – Project Manager, Construction Manager, Start Up Manager & team, Operation & Maintenance Manager JOB and PPGM O&M Team – coordination on pre-commissioning, commissioning and startup of the plant elated vendor/Original Equipment Manufacturing etc.

AUTHORITY

To recommend materials for plant breakdown and shutdown activities.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

Establish, maintain and improve the Maintenance Planning and Scheduling business flow process

Scope the full extent of maintenance work needed to conduct the relevant repair / preventive / predictive / design-out activities on the organization’s plant and equipment

Develop cost and time estimates of planned maintenance work

Purchase all necessary parts, equipment, services and documentation to perform the maintenance work

Responsible for up-keep and accuracy of equipment maintenance history and job records database

Apply good stores management practices and parts management to ensure parts and equipment retain full reliability while stored

Schedule maintenance work into production plan

Continually improving planning, scheduling, purchasing, stores, data management and job reporting systems to increase planning effectiveness and efficiency

CHALLENGES

Minimize downtime schedule

Establish, maintain and improve library of preventive maintenance schedule of plant equipment and ensure its execution in accordance with schedule and frequency

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

Education

Diploma in Engineering

Other Qualifications (Specific certification, courses and skills needed to perform this job)

Have substantial knowledge of planning maintenance activities

Able to utilize planning tools

Familiar with the use of CMMS system

Experience (State the minimum job related experience needed - specify type and duration to perform this job)

Minimum 6 years of experience in oil and gas plant operation.
