Job Description

A senior manager position to lead minimum 2 direct subordinates, support the B2B Director and dotted line report to Super Manager

POSITION DESCRIPTION

To support RHQ Head of Telco

-Business development to Telco (Telkomsel, Indosat & XL) and their clients

-Collaborate with Telco’s client team for business development to the corporate client

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

Working together and collaborating with the telco sales teams.

To have detailed knowledge of the telco product development teams and solutions /gtm organization

Good foundation of selling methodology approach and experience

To interact and develop key propositions with key telco executives

Account planning development and execution

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE

Minimum 10 years of sales experience in IT & Telco for Telco Provider

Minimum 7 years managerial exposure

Good experience in working together and collaborating with the telco sales teams

Good network to CXO in major Telco provider

KNOWLEDGE:

Strong strategic planning skills

Key knowledge and experience in business oriented mobility solutions. Including the ability to understand and explain the value of comprehensive enterprise mobility offerings and value propositions

Detailed knowledge of the telco product development teams and solutions /gtm organization

Good foundation of selling methodology approach and experience

Detailed understand of the sales incentive and sales motivation of the telco.
