POSITION DESCRIPTION
In charge of the current client’s portfolio
Develop the business for the company with new lead
Being the link between the home based region and the Company’s Headquarter in Shanghai
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
Industry: Foundry
Reports to: BU Sales Manager
Achieve the sales and financial target within the territory assigned
Introduce products to main Foundry plants in China by regular visits, provide visits reports on time; accomplish key customer identification and work out work plan;
Build up and maintain an alliance of business relationship with clients; accomplish regular customer visit, technical contact, contract negotiation, delivery supervision, payment collection, after-sales service support and product training;
Provide industry information to management on business development strategy, develop action plan and conduct sales forecast;
Collect competitor information for marketing analysis; work closely with different departments to better understand customer needs and identified potential opportunities to secure sales increase;
Work with Technical team for new projects development and follow up the progress;
Attend the exhibition and seminar when needed
Frequent travel is needed
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
Education Background: bachelor degree in Foundry or Metallurgy, good working experience and knowledge in the foundry is preferred
Skills ( Language/Computer): Can communicate in English/ Good at office software: excel, PowerPoint, word
Working Experiences: over 3 years working experience in the foundry plant, sales experience would be a plus
Personalities: responsible, team-work , integrity, outgoing, result-oriented
