POSITION DESCRIPTION

Providing legal support and advisory services to relevant business units, particularly in the areas of sales and product development and special projects in order to protect the company’s interest in every transaction in anticipation of potential legal risk

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

Providing legal support and advisory services on Sales and product development matters

Advising senior management regarding strategic business decisions

Reviewing any legal documents to be signed by senior management before DH Legal approval

Coordination and cooperation with Manager Legal Marketing for cross functional tasks

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE

Bachelor of Law Degree

5 years experiences as corporate lawyer and/or in-house counsel in multinationals and/or publicly listed corporation preferably familiar with telecommunication industry and litigation

KNOWLEDGE:

(Preferably) Qualified to practice law in Indonesia (member of PERADI)

TECHNICAL SKILLS

Company laws, banking & finance laws, investment laws, telecommunication laws, anti-competition law, and consumer protection law

Proficiency in English
