POSITION DESCRIPTION

Coordinate of the technique support works in assembly, testing, FAT, customer/Class society plan

To supervise/control the quality of the products in assembly, testing and before delivery on site

To improve the quality of the products and train the works, and the team

Give technical support to partners during assembly, testing, and customer when needed

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

Industry: Marine (CMH division)

Reports to: Nanjing Office Site Manager

Coordinate the assembly, testing, FAT, customer inspection, and delivery with our own production team, and our partners. When necessary, training for team- members

Support our partners with technical advice and solving problems, (coordination with European engineers)

Follow up and look after that agreed productions schedules within assembly, test, and delivery are kept

Follow up and recording quality divergences and work with continuous quality improvements

Control the manufacture test according to our standard and FAT test

Follow Customers for FAT inspection, and close the remarks, together with workshop, and European head office. Do final inspections together with surveyor from Classification Society

Coordinate with customer, or class society, for the questions, or comments; if necessary, meeting with them

Control the quality for the products before in stock, and before delivery; check FAT record. Inform our commissioning dept for the left remarks questions

Closed co-operation with our engineer in the Headquarter in order to develop the quality and production process

Follow up and look after that our partners and suppliers are following our quality standards

In some cases educate and train workers at our partners & suppliers; support partners to improve their production process

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

Education

Bachelor degree in engineering /Electrical engineering, preferable if also some education /experience in hydraulics.

Experience

Some years experience in technique /quality in production, it is not a demand with shipbuilding experience; but preferable if familiar with electrical / hydraulic system equipment.

Competencies

Skills: Good skilled in spoken and written English.

Knowledge: technique knowledge, quality control, and preferred in hydraulic/electric.

Experiences: 3-4 years above in industry/shipbuilding/manufacturing, for technique, testing, quality, etc.

Competencies: Important to be willing to do the what is necessary to achieve the objectives
