Job Description

Our client is a JV company between an Italian company, CAPI Group, and a big Chinese group, Weifu Precision Machinery.

POSITION DESCRIPTION

Maintains and enhances the organization's human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations and human resources policies, programs, and practices.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

Managing the monthly payroll

Maintains management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures

Maintains a pay plan by conducting periodic pay surveys; scheduling and conducting job evaluations; preparing pay budgets; monitoring and scheduling individual pay actions; recommending, planning, and implementing pay structure revisions

Employee safety, welfare, wellness and health

Plan, direct, supervise, and coordinate work activities of subordinates and staff relating to employment, compensation, labor relations, and employee relations

Serve as a link between management and employees by handling questions, interpreting and administering contracts and helping resolve work-related problems

Ensures legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable human resource government requirements; conducting investigations; maintaining records; representing the organization

Plan and conduct new employee orientation to foster positive attitude toward organizational objectives.

Contract with vendors to provide employee services, such as food service, transportation, or relocation service.

Prepare budget for human resource operations

Support the General Manager in the daily work operations

QUALIFICATIONS:

REQUIRED/BASIC:

College or Bachelor Degree

At least 5 years work experience in HR function

Good problem solving skills.

Good English skills in listening, speaking, reading and writing

Good communicative capability; team management capability, a strong sense of responsibility;
