POSITION DESCRIPTION

This position is created to ensure H&S/E practices within SEA are properly communicated, implemented, shared and audited delivering high standards of OSHA index as per Global, Regional and Local agreement.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

Implement and migrate best practice H&S/E practices designed to achieve OSHA index targets

Execute Healthy and Safety regional reporting, consolidation and monitoring

Ensure Healthy and Safety best practices communication, implementation, sharing and auditing process are properly recorded and action plans are followed and reported to Local and Regional units

Execute the H&S/E auditing process within SEA, delivering clear and agreed reporting / action plans

Carry out Regional CSR reporting consolidation and monitoring

Champion our Global H&S/E policies and standards and ensure these are fully adhered to in addition to local legislative requirements, making sure we have plans and actions in place to achieve full compliance with requirements and allowing Global, Regional and Local full traceability

Conduct Zurich Risk Assessment site audit follow-up and action planning monitoring, helping the local markets to achieve desired levels as per recommendations where applicable

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor Degree

Fluency in English, written and spoken

Minimum of 5 years’ experience in H&S related roles

Willingness to travel

Excellent communication and presentation skills

Capacity to work in a multi-cultural environment across geographical boundaries

Capacity to work with and influence teams

Leadership capability

Strong analytical skills

High level proficiency in Word/Excel
