The client is a subsidiary of one of the biggest financial services providers in Europe. The Indonesia subsidiary is now preparing for an aggressive growth to be one of the leading banks in Indonesia in providing financial services to consumer, commercial and corporate clients.

POSITION DESCRIPTION

Global Financial Markets Division is responsible to improve the net worth of a company by managing funds in the most appropriate manner. The division is responsible for the timely availability of funds when needed for the support of the business.

Within this division, Retail Treasury Sales manages and services existing retail clients with regard to sell treasury product.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

To promote and market the Bank’s treasury products to retail/commercial clients

To maximize the Bank’s revenue from sales activities.

To maintain strong and long relationship with the retail/commercial clients in order to maintain and improve the Bank’s profile and profitability.

To work closely with Branch Managers and RMs to promote Treasury products to clients in branches.

To be involved in transacting in all treasury products with the clients within assigned counterparty limits.

To works within parameters and limits in bank’s Treasury Policy and LCS (Limit and Control Structure).

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor degree is minimum requirement; Having Master degree is preferred

Having at least 5 years in retail treasury sales in banking environment

Strong familiarity in bank treasury products

Customer orientation

Willing to provide extra miles

Ability to build relationship

Manage Time and Tasks effectively

Computer literate

English proficiency in verbal and written
