POSITION DESCRIPTION

Responsible to support Marketing activities in conducting technical promotion and service to customers and also develop, improve and maintain technical level of the client standard in the Textile Dyes and Textile Chemicals field. Reports to Head of Sales & Marketing.

 

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

Promoting product (more focus to Dyes) and process as jointly set with Business Unit Manager/Sales & Marketing Manager

Solving customer’s technical problem in coordination with account executive respectively and in case of needed further and deeper technical works coordinate also with BUM

Assist BU Textile/Sales & Marketing manager in evaluating technical development and promotion material

Transfer and promote new technical development to other marketing staff

Assist BU Textile/Sales & Marketing manager in evaluating technical development and promotion material, including Customers development of Global projects (A&I projects) in parallel.

Evaluate or maintain dyes business management (in term of quality, stock, forecasting).

Maintain beneficial relationship with customer

Complete other duties assigned by the superior

As an account Executive for GKA and non GKA (YKK Indonesia, COATS Indonesia, other customer).

Follow ESHA Indonesia guideline

 

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

Education: 

Bachelor Degree in Chemical Engineering or Marketing

 

Business experience:

At least 3 years’ experience in sales / marketing area

Strong experience in Textile Industry

Good communication, negotiation & presentation skill
