Job Description
Our client is a leading international company with some +500 employees offering complete product information solutions within customer service and online marketing - solutions that add value to brands and make products attractive and simple to understand and use. Their offers support their customers’ products throughout the product life cycle; from marketing and sales to installation, maintenance and repair, regardless if the products are targeted for professional or consumer end-users. Their customers are found within industries having complex products, e.g., automotive, telecom and manufacturing industry. Our client operates in an international market, with offices in Sweden, the UK, Germany, Hungary and China.
POSITION DESCRIPTION
You will be a trainer at the very top of your game having undertaken recognized delivery/training qualifications. A proven track record of excellent facilitations skills and successful results in the automotive technical learning environment is essential.
Based in China and reporting to the Global Body and Paint Development Manager, you are required to deliver high quality, engaging and effective adult classroom based Body learning to the very highest standards. Your delivery will be on behalf of our key customer; a manufacturer of luxury premium brand vehicles.
The requirement is to cascade developed curriculum courses and assessment processes to trainers in Academies around the world (train the trainer); a significant amount of travel will be required for this role. Your delivery will meet a standard that encourages stimulative learning to develop Academy Body Trainers globally.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
Organize, plan and execute training in-line with customer requirements
Work in close relation with course developers to absorb content and materials
Engage with market representatives to build solid working relations
Research, support and understand market eeds
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
A passion for learning and coaching others
At least 5 years’ experience delivering body and MET training
Excellent training delivery and facilitation skills
A recognized adult training qualification
Advanced knowledge of automotive Body repair methodologies and repair processes
A good knowledge of automotive mechanical, electrical repair processes
The ability to prioritize your own workload
Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
Good organizational and time management skills
An understanding and appreciation of different cultures around the world
The ability to travel extensively
A positive attitude and ‘can do’ approach
Being a Chinese speaker would be preferable
