Our client is one of the biggest property developers in Malaysia and has been in the industry for more than 20 years. With rapid growth and expansion in Vietnam, the company is looking to add competent professionals to be part of the organization.

POSITION DESCRIPTION

The Finance Manager will manage the overall function of the finance and sales department and oversee all processes.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage day to day operations of the finance and sales admin departments

Monitor cash flow, expenditure and profit projections.

Handle full set of accounts

Ensure financial, management reports, budgets, taxation and costing are prepared in an accurate and timely manner

Ensure compliance with accounting standard, statutory and other external requirements.

Review financial statements and analyze profit margins.

Establish & implement internal control procedures & policies related to finance.

Plan, control, supervise and train subordinates

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

Professional qualifications such as CPA, ACCA, CIMA, MIA or a Bachelor Degree in Accounting with at least 6 years experience as qualified accountant.

Excellent business acumen, analytical and leadership skills

High level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency and results oriented.

Excellent communication skills, both written and oral

Required knowledge in consolidation and property development accounting

Able to highlight and resolve issues on the compliance of accounting standards, tax issues and etc

Required to liaise with external parties
