Job Description

As of December 2012, they have more than 58.5 million subsribers, both prepaid and postpaid subscribers. The Company was has been operating in Indonesia since 1967. POSITION DESCRIPTION

Handling litigation and non-litigation cases, as well as regional disputes and resolutions in order to protect the company’s interest and to minimize the company’s legal risks

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

Handling litigation and non-litigation cases

Representing the company before the court of law

Providing support in relation to cooperation with any law enforcement agencies in accordance with all applicable regulations

Coordination with and maintain related external partner of lawyer

Providing report & analysis relating to the cases in cooperation with other legal division

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE

Bachelor of Law

8 years experiences as corporate lawyer and/or in-house counsel in multinationals and/or publicly listed corporation preferably familiar with telecommunication industry and litigation

KNOWLEDGE:

Qualified to practice law in Indonesia (member of PERADI)

TECHNICAL SKILLS

Civil law, penal law, administration law, economic law, telecommunication laws, labor laws, as well as in depth knowledge of consumer protection law

Proficiency in English
