A giant retail company from Indonesia. The post is playing an important role in shaping brand image, creating awareness and attraction in customer mind through visual display in stores/ shopping centers.

POSITION DESCRIPTION

This role offers an amazing opportunity working for the Indonesia’s multi brand company including some prestigious fashion leading brands. This position plays a pivotal role within the business and requires strong fashion and trend knowledge combined with creative flair and management experience.

Applying and executing the global brand visual strategy through store design and visual merchandising in the Indonesia Markets to meet specific market needs.

Providing visual direction to all channels, markets across Indonesia to maintain brand consistency. Leading and developing a proactive, effective and efficient Indonesia Visual Merchandising and Store Design function.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

Working closely with brand and marketing teams

Communicating your visual vision and strategy across all levels of the business

Managing several projects simultaneously and prioritizing effectively.

Prioritizing which project (s) to focus on to accommodate business needs.

Producing and effectively present ideas and concepts for approval

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

Experience in managing a Retail Design function (Visual Merchandising and/or prop, fixtures) of a Fashion company.

Experience in leading and developing a team across the different VM disciplines.

Strong in concept and able to transform from idea to the desired visual display.

Ability to deal with ambiguity and work in a dynamic and fast moving environment (able to cope with changing circumstances/briefs).

Creative, full of ideas, love challenges, adaptable.

Good attention to detail.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Good in MS. Office, design related application (e.g: Adobe Creative Suite), Mac, and presentation skills.

Excellent English – verbal and written.

Works well under pressure.
